Contact for privacy / data protection: mail@gianlucacini.com What this application does The application connects to my bank accounts through Enable Banking (a licensed open-banking / PSD2 connectivity provider) and imports transaction and account-balance information into my self-hosted Actual Budget server. Data collected When I link a bank account, the application may receive and store:

account identifiers and metadata (such as IBAN, account name, currency)
balances
transaction details (date, amount, remittance / description, counterparties where provided by the bank) No payment initiation is performed. Access is for account information only (read-only). Where data is stored Data is stored on my private server under my control. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Third parties Bank connectivity is provided by Enable Banking. Banking credentials are handled through the bank’s and Enable Banking’s authorisation flows; this application does not collect or store my online banking password. Purpose of processing Personal household budgeting and bookkeeping. Legal basis Processing is based on my consent when linking accounts, and on my legitimate interest in managing my own finances. Retention Data is retained for as long as I use the application. I can revoke bank access through Enable Banking / my bank and delete data from my server at any time. Security Access to the application is protected (authentication and encrypted HTTPS). The server is privately operated. Changes This policy may be updated; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
