Nature of the service This is a personal, non-commercial application operated by Gianluca Cini. It imports bank account information into a self-hosted Actual Budget instance via Enable Banking.
Eligibility / users The application is intended solely for use by the operator (me). It is not offered to the public as a product or service.
Bank access By linking a bank account, I authorise read-only retrieval of account information through Enable Banking and the relevant bank’s open-banking interfaces. I can revoke this access at any time via Enable Banking, my bank, or by removing the connection in the application.
No financial advice or payments The application does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. It does not initiate payments or move money.
Availability The service is provided “as is” for personal use, without uptime guarantees. Features may change or stop if Enable Banking, banks, or related software change.
Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the application, bank connectivity outages, incorrect or incomplete bank data, or software defects. I remain responsible for verifying imported transactions.
